Designed as a contemporary interpretation of Beijing's traditional noble courtyard houses, Huang Ting features gray brick walls taken from original hutongs, slate floors, aged pine floors, beams from a 200-year-old mansion in Suzhou, near Shanghai, and an impressive collection of antiques, most dating from the Qing dynasty (1644-1911). Huang Ting features the finest Cantonese cuisine under a renowned Master Chef and seats 140. There are also four private dining rooms, the largest of which seats up to 25.

Chef Yuan Yiu Fat Choi and his team has prepared two special Spring Menus, available at lunch and dinner from now until 15th February 2008.
The festive menus, named "Ru Yi" (RMB368 per person) and "Ji Xiang" (RMB468 per person), feature traditional Lunar New Year dishes such as Wok-fried prawns, Braised Shark's fish soup with shredded Abalone, Steamed live mandarin fish etc.
All prices are per person and subject to a 15% surcharge.
